Week 10, or week X as I prefer to think of it as, is coming along pretty well. I’m really trying to hit it hard, launching into P90X in the mornings and Insanity at night. It’s a little crazy, I know, but it seems almost necessary with my 90 day mark coming up. Gulp.

When you’re a pretty slim guy, like Patrick Dyer, sometimes the ability to put on decent weight and muscle in a short period of time can seem a little… impossible? I was once there and went about it the wrong way, taking a gainer and packing on useless pounds. Had I seen this video from Patric Dyer back then, I may have approached it differently.
